Consent to the processing of personal data

• Contact details, i.e. personal data that allows us to contact you, specifically your e-mail address and telephone number
• Data about your behavior on the website, data about the device you use for viewing our website. Specifically, your IP address, device identification, its technical parameters such as the operating system and its version, screen resolution, the web browser and its version, as well as data obtained from cookies and similar technologies for device identification

Processing and archiving period:

We process your personal data for this purpose for 3 years after the consent is given, then we archive your consent for another 5 years.

Your personal data may be provided on request to public authorities, in particular the courts, the Police of the Czech Republic and other law enforcement authorities to the extent necessary and within the limits of the law.

Source of personal data:

We collect personal data directly from you through the contact forms provided on the website or through subscription to newsletters.

Transfer of personal data to third countries or transnational companies:

As a result of this processing, your personal data will not be transmitted to third countries or multinational supranational companies.

This processing does not involve an automated individual processing of personal data.
